Justin Tosi

I’m a philosopher teaching ethics at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. I write about social, political, legal, and moral philosophy, and especially the ethics of public discourse, social morality, and special obligations.

My work has been published in Philosophy & Public Affairs, Oxford Studies in Political Philosophy, Legal Theory, Pacific Philosophical Quarterly, and other venues.

I’m currently working on papers on censorship, civil discourse, and business ethics.
